So, here's how it works:
Step 1:
You indicate interest that you want to be a co-investor in one of fedenni homes projects. Please know that Fedenni homes only promotes investments in income generating properties like block of flats, hostels, hotels, shopping plazas, event venues etc.
Step 2:
Fedenni homes informs you of an investment opportunity, the property type and the contribution of each investor and the prospective dividend yield of the project.
Step 3:
Individual investors sign an agreement with Fedenni homes and deposit their contribution into a bank trust account. All funds will be returned to investors if for any reason the target property eventually isn't acquired
Step 4:
Once all funds have been deposited into the bank trust account, Fedenni homes will go ahead and for a limited liability partnership with Fedenni homes as general manager while all other co-investors are designated limited partners.
Step 5:
We acquire the target property, renovate and resell for a profit or rent it out. What we do with the property will depend upon the investment goal.
Step 6:
Distribution of profit/dividend to co-investors.
